China Gate Scientific was founded in Hong Kong in 2006. For twenty years, we have focused on bringing high-quality life science equipment, technologies, and professional services to researchers and educators in China. Throughout this time, we have continued to develop our product and service offering across cardiovascular research, metabolic phenotyping, oncology, imaging, and environmental simulation.

Our work has grown from introducing equipment, providing application support, and delivering after-sales service to developing research platforms, collaborating on technology, and exploring localization. We have always believed that a meaningful connection goes beyond bringing products to market. It means helping users understand the technology, operate equipment reliably, and obtain trustworthy data.

As we mark our twentieth anniversary, we are introducing a refreshed brand identity and adding manufacturing to our business scope. Through these steps, we aim to better support our partners in product customization and localization for the Chinese market.

A Message from Our Founder

For twenty years, China Gate Scientific has introduced high-quality international research instruments and technologies to the life science community in China.

Some of these products have achieved remarkable success and become widely recognised standards in their fields. More than 500 myographs from Danish Myo Technology are supporting vascular research, while over 100 Promethion metabolic phenotyping systems from Sable Systems are enabling studies in both small animals and human subjects. We have benefited from the outstanding quality of these instruments and from the generous, effective support of our partners. Oxford Optronix has been with us from the very beginning.

Above all, we have a highly capable and committed team. Over many years, they have shaped a culture of technical excellence and attentive after-sales service—the foundation on which our company has grown. We are equally grateful to our customers: exceptional researchers who trust us to help solve the demands of their experiments, and who reward that trust with long-term loyalty and recommendations. China’s scientific community is dynamic, progressive, and ambitious. We feel fortunate to have taken part in this extraordinary period of growth.

China Gate Scientific will continue to evolve with the needs of our customers. Founded in Hong Kong and established partnerships with research equipment brands including DMT, DSI, Ugo Basile, and Oxford Optronix, beginning to supply equipment and services to researchers in China.

From “Gateway” to “Pathway”, Continuing to Connect

To mark our twentieth anniversary, China Gate Scientific is introducing a new visual identity. The design remains true to the origins of the China Gate brand while expressing our approach to connection, collaboration, and long-term development. The new logo combines abstract C and G forms to create a gateway, carrying forward our role in connecting international technology with research in China. Its interlinked modular pathways also reflect the coordination that underpins our products, services, and partnerships.
