On July 8, 2024, China Gate Scientific (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and PhotoSound Technologies, Inc. of the United States announced a strategic partnership to jointly promote and sell PhotoSound's flagship product, the TriTom small animal whole-body photoacoustic and fluorescence tomography imaging system, in mainland China.
The TriTom system is a high-performance small animal imaging platform that integrates multi-modal imaging technologies. It integrates ultrasound imaging, optical imaging and molecular imaging functionalities, providing comprehensive imaging analysis for biomedical research. With its advanced imaging technology, the TriTom system features high resolution, high sensitivity and fast imaging, making it widely popular among researchers in fields such as oncology, neuroscience, and cardiovascular biology.
Through this collaboration, China Gate Scientific will become the distributor of the TriTom system in China, responsible for market promotion, product sales, and technical services. The two parties will also engage in cooperation in preclinical research and new application development, promoting the widespread application of the TriTom system in China's biomedical research field.
