PRISM In Vivo SWIR Imaging System

MediLumine
PRISM
MediLumine’s PRISM™ in vivo SWIR imaging system for research in biology and medicine research enables multicolor high resolution in vivo imaging in real time across the NIR II infrared region. The system supports video-rate imaging with up to 25 frames per second using inter NIR/SWIR excitations that are interleaved in real time. This ensures consistent resolution and high photon efficiency in multiple wavelengths.

Description

Overview

MediLumine’s PRISM™ in vivo SWIR imaging system for research in biology and medicine research enables multicolor high resolution in vivo imaging in real time across the NIR II infrared region. The system supports video-rate imaging with up to 25 frames per second using inter NIR/SWIR excitations that are interleaved in real time. This ensures consistent resolution and high photon efficiency in multiple wavelengths.

The external illumination module has four user defined wavelengths and can be exchanged for any other desired wavelength if users which to add more colors to their imaging configuration.

The system offer auto-laser and auto exposure modes that automatically adjust laser power or auto-exposure for automated setting of exposure time to allow for optimal depth penetration in your imaging experiments.

It is designed to support excitation multiplexing and single-channel detection of SWIR emissions from dyes excited across the NIR/SWIR spectrum, such as 808 nm, 890 nm, 980 nm, and 1076 nm.
